A creative space to unwind, connect, and craft

The Girls Gather × Apricot & Co offered women a chance to slow down, tap into their creativity, and connect with others through a hands-on candle-making workshop. The event was designed for participants to step away from the daily rush, enjoy a mindful activity, and engage with like-minded women.

As the founder, I oversaw the event from start to finish, managing venue setup, collaboration with Apricot & Co, and the flow of the workshop to ensure each attendee felt guided and inspired. I also handled social media content creation and promotion, crafting posts and visuals that conveyed the creative and inclusive atmosphere of the event, while inviting women to join and experience it for themselves.

During the session, participants were able to create their own candles, exploring different scents, and designs under the guidance of Apricot & Co. Each creation became a personal keepsake, reflecting the attendee’s style and effort. Beyond crafting, the workshop offered a space for conversation allowing women to meet new friends, share stories, and enjoy a sense of community.

The experience was more than just a creative workshop—it was an opportunity to pause, express oneself, and celebrate the joy of making something by hand, all while connecting with others in a supportive and inspiring environment.

I had a lovely time collaborating with Nicole and Min. From the beginning of discussions to the event day itself, things went smoothly as they are so easy to work with. They marketed the event well and gathered a group of girls for the candle making workshop. We all had a good time of making personalised candles and getting to know each other.
