Supporting creative work behind the scenes
Beyond campaign execution and content creation, I’ve been involved in a wide range of behind-the-scenes work that supports ideas from concept through to delivery. This includes contributing to pitches and proposals, where I’ve helped shape narratives, creative concepts, and presentation decks for brands such as CIMB, NDPeeps, PA Active Ageing, Epson, and DFI. My role often focused on refining the story, aligning ideas with client objectives, and presenting concepts in a clear and compelling way.
I’ve also worked extensively on Talent and KOL Management, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, including MediaCorp, to manage talent relationships and campaign deliverables. This involved coordinating schedules, aligning expectations, briefing talents, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
In addition, I supported teams through project coordination, stakeholder communication, and content planning, helping keep timelines on track and teams aligned across multiple moving parts. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work collaboratively, adapt to different team dynamics, and support creative projects with care and clarity.
