I had the pleasure of working on Glow Festival by Prudential, helping bring the event to life both online and on the ground. My role spanned several key areas, from digital management to community engagement, ensuring the festival was seamless, engaging, and memorable for all attendees.
Part of my work included managing the festival website, keeping it up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing to reflect the energy of the event. I also handled sponsorship management, coordinating with partners to ensure brand alignment and smooth collaboration, while maintaining strong relationships throughout the project.
Engaging the audience was a key focus, and I oversaw KOL coordination and Social Media content creation to drive excitement before, during, and after the festival. From crafting compelling posts to managing influencer collaborations, the goal was to connect with audiences meaningfully and amplify the festival’s reach.
I also provided Project Management Support, keeping timelines, deliverables, and cross-team communication on track, ensuring that every aspect of the festival, from digital touchpoints to live experiences, ran smoothly.
